All our products are sent in plain discreet packaging, if an item is returned to us because the customer either provided the wrong address or was not available to receive the item we will require payment for reposting, we will let the customer know what has happened and how much they need to pay if no payment is made the goods will not be reposted and refunds will not include original p & p costs.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail. We order many items from our suppliers on Demand to keep our prices to a minimum. If the item is not in stock at our suppliers we will contact you to ask if you would like us to put the item on a Back Order or offer you a refund. We have 2 Shipping Options 2-3 working Days or 4-7 working days Please allow 7 working days should be allowed before contacing us if your order has not arrived unless you have opted for Express Delivery - Please note all orders that qualify for Free delivery will be sent via our standard 4-7 day service.
We get a certificate of proof of postage for all Parcels we send. If you havent received your parcel within 7 days and have not had an email or call from us to notify you of a delay please check your order Status online. If it is marked as dispatched you will need to wait 15 days before a claim can be made for a lost parcel. We cannot be held responsible for parcels once they have been handed over to Royal Mail, but in the unlikely event of a parcel being lost we will do all we can to assist you to claim compensation.
We must be notified of any order problems within 28 days of ordering to enable us to assist with your enquiry.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you confirmation of your order. A contract is only formed once we have sent this confirmation to you. If any item is out of stock, we will email you to let you know of an estimated delivery date (Usually within 28 working days)
If an item is unavailable we will at times substitute garments ordered with a similar garment of equal or greater value. If the substitute is not suitable please return for a full refund of purchase price including any return postage paid.
We do at times put special offers on our website (eg) free item or reduced price item if you spend a specific amount of money on our site in any one order, when these offers are available any returns must include these products or the full amount of any free or deduced price item will be charged to the customer if the order value drops to below the offer value.
All merchandise remains the property of Wizzardoreas Wardrobe until paid for in full.
All products are inclusive of vat where applicable.

We order many items on demand and therefore dispatch times may take longer than 4-7 days for standard postage and 2-3 days for express postage.
If an item is out of stock from the suppliers, we will place the item on back order and we will email you with an estimated delivery date (Usually within 28 days).
If you prefer not to wait simply email us and we will refund your payment or if you prefer we can offer an alternative garment as a substitute.
Returns Policy We offer a No Quibble Refund or Exchange Policy.
If you change your mind simply email us on the day of receipt to let us know that you wish to return the item.
To adhere to the Distance Selling Regulations, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.(Please note that, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), there's no legal requirement to provide a refund if a buyer simply changes their mind.)
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have agreed with you (in writing)otherwise.
* The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
* The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
* Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
* A CREDIT VOUCHER will be issued for all non-faulty returns received after 7 days.
Refunds are processed on a Friday - Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to be processed.
We do at times put special offers on our website (eg) free item or reduced price item if you spend a specific amount of money on our site in any one order, when these offers are available any returns must include these products or the full amount of any free or deduced price item will be charged to the customer if the order value drops to below the offer value.
ie: If you place an order and qualify for free postage then subsequently return items bringing your order amount below the threshold to qualify for free postage. We will deduct our standard postage cost from the refund amount.
